You can select from the services below.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is designed for stress reduction and enhanced wellness.
This massage is known to boost immune system function as well as reduce insomnia and anxiety. Releases muscle tension, improves muscle tone, circulation, and creates relaxation.
Excellent for general circulation and flexibility while easing chronic tension and eliminating muscle toxins.
A Swedish massage can have a range of therapeutic benefits, including reduced stress, enhanced detoxification and improved blood flow
Combination Massage
A Combination Massage is a massage integrating more than one style or massage modality.
It can combine techniques from Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy and hot stone. These combinations are used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs.
During a combination massage, you will lie unclothed on a massage bed, covered with towels. I use expertise to combine techniques from multiple message types to best benefit your specific needs. This blend of techniques should relieve stress and tension in your body, and provide pain relief if needed
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy provides more detailed work on specific muscle groups, providing relief from chronic or acute pain
Great for targeting specific areas of tension, relieving chronic pain and increasing range of motion. A must for highly active individuals to release stubborn knots and to remove built up toxins from the body. If you are consumed with stress or practising athletes, this is the ideal massage treatment for you.
Before an event such as a marathon, this massage can help you to avoid injury, while a post-event session can help you to perform at an even higher level.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body.
Reflexology is a very individual treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing. Some people find it works for them – some don’t. The best way to find out is to try it!
Usually, after a treatment your tension may be reduced and you might feel relaxed. You might also notice yourself sleeping better and find your mood and sense of wellbeing improving. You may also find that other aspects improve too; however, this happens on an individual basis.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is a type of massage that involves stretching and deep acupressure
Thai massage is believed to have been developed by Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha, physician to the Buddha, more than 2,500 years ago in India.
It made its way to Thailand, where the Ayurvedic techniques and principles gradually became influenced by traditional Chinese medicine.
For centuries, Thai massage was performed by monks as one component of Thai medicine.
This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor, and the client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement. No oils are used in Thai massage. It is known in Thailand as “nuat phaen boran”, literally, the ancient-manner massage.
Sport Massage
Sports Massage is a vigorous massage with stretching, directed at the major muscle groups. This massage utilises friction, compression and pressure point work.
Whether you are a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior or someone simply trying to keep up a healthy level of fitness, regular Sports Massage can provide many benefits.
Also, good for people with injuries, chronic pain and restricted range of motion. It stimulates circulation of blood and lymph to flush toxins, helping to increase range of motion. Increase muscle power, endurance and flexibility!
Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage focuses both physical and psychological benefits for an expectant mother.
It’s a great way to relax, feel good, and help relieve many of the aches and stress of pregnancy. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Our pregnancy suite must be requested in advance. You can totally relax on our custom shaped pregnancy massage pillows or table!
Body Scrub
Body scrub is a popular body treatment that is basically a facial for the body
It exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft, removing dead skin cells through exfoliation as well as cleanse the skin and increase the body’s blood circulation.
The exfoliating component needs to be abrasive enough to achieve this but not too strong so as not to damage healthy skin.
If you’re not using a body scrub then you’re missing out on a number of benefits that other skin care products don’t provide.
